Bikes and riders will be a blur of action as they enter each corner flat-out, throwing the bike into a slide while locking handlebars and jockeying for position. Watch your favourite riders battle it out on the fast-paced live action track for Slide - sponsored by Michelin, headed up by TT legend John McGuinness.

See John McGuinness, Troy Corser, Neil Hodgson and Chris Walker go head-to-head in the Michelin live action race: Slide. The fast-paced, handlebar-bashing, celebrity-packed race series at the Carole Nash MCN London Motorcycle Show is back for 2017 with an impressive line-up of star riders including ex WSB champion Troy Corser.  Troy will be the captain of the Australian team as he takes on a formidable UK squad of John McGuinness, Neil Hodgson, Chris Walker around the Michelin live action arena. The rest of the Australian team is yet to be announced but expect a star studded team from speedway and short track disciplines!

NEW FOR 2017: Upgrade to a paddock pass to get the best seat in the house!

A paddock pass is your best opportunity to try and get your favourite rider’s autograph and enjoy Slide whilst having the best view in the house.

Paddock Passes are £40 and numbers are limited.

What you get:

  1. Paddock Pass allows entrance to the Paddock area 30 minutes prior to the start of Slide
  2. Grandstand seat for the performance of your choice
  3. Join the racers for 30 minutes after Slide, take part in the post-race banter, get autographs and take photos.
  4. Purchase drinks and refreshments from the Paddock bar


So where's the paddock? The paddock is an extension to the Slide Arena. It’s the place to be to get close to your favourite riders!

The Slide live action show will take place 3 three times on Friday and four times on Saturday and Sunday, specific times and the complete rider line-up will be announced soon. Slide takes place in the middle of the show arena and continues to be included in the ticket price. As well as the live action your ticket also gives you an all-access pass to the thrilling zones that will be featured at the show: Custom, Classics, Adventure and Sports and Performance.

Due to limited availability/space/seating, children age 5 and above will be required to purchase a "Paddock Pass" at the price of £20 if they wish to accompany adults into the “Paddock” area.

Children 5 years and under can accompany an adult into the Paddock area but will be required to sit on an adults lap.

Please note: This year, all children 16 years and under are able to get in free to the overall event.

Disabled Visitors

For disabled visitors who are unable to make use of the grandstand seat offered as part of the Paddock Pass will be able to view Slide from a platform situated in the Paddock area.
A carer will go free (no need to purchase a paddock pass) and will accompany disabled guests within the platform viewing area.
We require disabled visitors must make us aware if they are arriving in a wheelchair to allow us to manage suitable space within the viewing platform.

Carers will receive one free ticket for each paying disabled visitor, on arrival the disabled ticket holder will be required to provide proof of entitlement of at least one of the following: • Letter/notice of entitlement for Personal Independence Payment • Blue parking badge or Freedom Pass.
