Despite the organisers taking all reasonable precautions, unavoidable accidents can happen. In respect of these, you are present at your own risk. During the Extreme Enduro Live Action shows the noise levels in the hall will be elevated. If you have concerns over the elevated noise levels free hearing protection is available from the stewards around the Extreme Enduro Live Action area.

**Please note that valid tickets can only be purchased online via SEE Tickets. Tickets purchased from touts will not be accepted**

TICKETS ARE DISPATCHED BY EMAIL FROM THE START OF FEB

Should you have any queries in relation to your tickets, or need them resending, please use the SEE TIcket Customer Portal

You will need your order reference number and then one of the following:

  • Postcode used when booking
  • Telephone number used when booking
  • Last 4 digits of the payment card

If you do not have your order reference number you can use the ‘Forgotten your details?’ option and enter the email address used when booking. You will then be sent an email with your order reference number(s). 

If your tickets have not arrived by Thursday 8th Feb please contact SEE Tickets customer service using the SEE Tickets customer portal.

Please note: there is a transaction charge applicable to all orders. This fee covers the costs of deploying technology and/or staff to the venue site. The transaction fee applies per order, not per ticket. For example, if you purchase six tickts, you only pay one transaction fee.

Carers will receive one free ticket for each paying disabled visitor. On arrival the disabled ticket holder will be required to provide proof of entitlement of at least one of the following:

• Letter/notice of entitlement for Personal Independence Payment

• Blue parking badge or Freedom Pass. Please note, some features will have limited disabled/wheelchair access although as organisers we aim to keep this to a minimum.

TRAVELLING TO EXCEL BY ROAD:

When driving to ExCeL London follow signs for Royal Docks, City Airport and ExCeL. There is easy access from the M25, M11, A406 and A13. For a map of ExCeL London's location please visit www.streetmap.co.uk and search for ExCeL London by postcode - E16 1XL. For Sat Nav purposes, we recommend using postcode - E16 1DR.

TOP TIP:If you are travelling via DLR we recommend that you alight at the Prince Regent stop to arrive at the East entrance for the Devitt Insurance MCN London Motorcycle Show. On arrival continue to proceed to N8 for ticket holders and N7 for the box office.

BY TUBE:

There are multiple ways of travelling to ExCeL London: Elizabeth line (Custom House station), Underground and DLR (ExCeL can be accessed via two DLR stations: Custom House and Prince Regent), cable car or Uber Boat.

FREE BIKE PARKING FOR MOTORCYCLISTS AT THE BIKE PARK

Motorcycles can be parked free of charge  – simply approach ExCeL and you will be guided to the parking entrances. Please note that bikes are left at owners risk.

Get half-price car parking* at the 2024 Devitt Insurance MCN London Motorcycle Show.

We are offering up to 1,000 car parking spaces each day for just £12 (£25 RRP) when you book your tickets to our brand-new look show 16-18 Feb. To take advantage of the half price parking, please add this to your order when buying your tickets.

There are nearly 2,000 spaces across our onsite car parks. A map showing the location of the car parks can be viewed on the ExCel London website.

Remember, if you are driving, that ExCeL is now in the Ultra-Low Emission Zone which may see additional charges depending on your vehicle so be sure to check the Transport for London Website.

* Up to 1,000 half price car parking spaces available each day. Offer can only be redeemed when booking car parking at the same time as purchasing your ticket(s) to the show. You will be sent details via email of how to redeem your half price car parking ticket nearer the event.

Cable Car
The UK’s first urban cable car, known as the IFS Cloud Cable Car, connects ExCeL London to The O2 and North Greenwich tube station. IFS Cloud Cable Car is fully accessible for most wheelchairs and pushchairs. It has step-free access, and you can even take bicycles on board!

Train / Tube / DLR
The Jubilee Line and the DLR are the quickest routes to ExCeL London. Visitors should alight at the Prince Regent Station on the DLR and NOT Custom House. Trains pull up at a covered walkway leaving visitors with less than two minutes to walk to the entrance. 

Yes there will be a helmet park for lids & leathers, which is located within the bike parking. Items can be left for a donation to SERV Surrey & London, our chosen charity. SERV S&L transport urgent blood products, medical supplies and donated breast milk to hospitals across Surrey and London. All items are left at owners own risk.

The 2024 Devitt Insurance MCN London Motorcycle Show will feature all the important new motorcycle models available in the UK in 2024. There will be bikes from the biggest global motorcycling manufacturers to specialised boutique brands, displaying their range of their latest machines. Plus, we’re expecting some 2024 model launches to take place live at the show!

There’s plenty of entertainment on offer too with the UK’s toughest indoor Enduro course, where some of the UK’s finest off-road riders will compete. Watch jaw-dropping displays of skill & control over treacherous obstacles, daring jumps, and unforgiving terrain in this unique live action show. 

If you’re planning a motorcycle adventure, then don’t miss Charley Boorman’s Adventure Base Camp, where the Long Way Round star will help you dream big and plan properly; with life on the road stories, anecdotes, advice, inspiration and essential tips for adventure planning.

And the entertainment doesn’t end there. Henry Cole presents the Ready to Ride Workshop along with bike builders extraordinaires Allen Millyard and Guy Willison and over on the MCN’s World of Bikes Stage, the MCN team and special guests will share their views on 2024’s hottest new bikes; the best new kit, innovations and tech coming this year, and used bike buying tips and advice. Plus world-famous sports riders share their riding and racing stories.

You might need a rest after all that fun, and where better to chill out than the Classic and Custom Café, packed with displays of the finest custom and vintage bikes. Then it’s time to hit the retail zone and make the most of the bargains on offer across helmets, leathers, textiles, gloves and boots plus all the accessories you can think of!
