We are very excited to welcome you back to the Carole Nash MCN London Motorcycle show this Feb, please see below covid requirements for the event, these requirements are set by the venue.

Q. What is required to gain entry into ExCeL?

Proof of double vaccination, Covid-19 antibodies or negative lateral flow test will be required to gain entry into the venue.  Please note, UK-based visitors can use their NHS Covid Pass, and international visitors, the equivalent from their country of origin. You can also log your covid pass or negative lateral flow test (taken within 48 hours of attending the event) via the NHS app or Gov website: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/

Q. What is required to gain entry for those under 18?

A. In line with government guidance, visitors under the age of 18 are not required to prove COVID status. Click here for more information.

Q. Are face coverings mandatory?

A. We recommend that you wear a face covering inside the venue, unless you are exempt.

Q. How will ExCeL manage ventilation? 

A. Ventilation has been increased, improving fresh air circulation in line with latest CIBSE (Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers) guidance and recommendations. 

Q. Will ExCeL provide sanitiser stations?

A. Hand sanitisers will be provided throughout the public areas of the venue.

Friday: 10am – 5pm
Saturday: 9am – 6pm
Sunday: 9am – 5pm

**Please note that valid tickets can only be purchased online via SEE Tickets. Tickets purchase from touts will not be accepted**

Should you have any queries in relation to your tickets please use our ticket agent customer portal. You can use this portal to resend your order confirmation or for all other ticket enquiries: https://mcnmotorcycleshow.seetickets.com/customerservice

You will need your order reference number and then one of the following:

  • Postcode used when booking
  • Telephone number used when booking
  • Last 4 digits of the payment card

If you do not have your order reference number you can use the ‘Forgotten your details?’ option and enter the email address used when booking. You will then be sent an email with your order reference number(s). 

Postal tickets will arrive no later than Wednesday 9th Feb. If your tickets have not arrived by Wednesday 9th Feb 2022 please contact SEE Tickets customer service using the portal to contact SEE Tickets: https://mcnmotorcycleshow.seetickets.com/customerservice

Please note there is a transaction charge applicable to all online transactions (nb: charged per transaction not per ticket sale). This covers the administration costs and overheads associated with our ticket sales.

Carers will receive one free ticket for each paying disabled visitor. On arrival the disabled ticket holder will be required to provide proof of entitlement of at least one of the following:

• Letter/notice of entitlement for Personal Independence Payment

• Blue parking badge or Freedom Pass. Please note, some features will have limited disabled/wheelchair access although as organisers we aim to keep this to a minimum.

TRAVELLING TO EXCEL BY ROAD:

When driving to ExCeL London follow signs for Royal Docks, City Airport and ExCeL. There is easy access from the M25, M11, A406 and A13. For a map of ExCeL London's location please visit www.streetmap.co.uk and search for ExCeL London by postcode - E16 1XL. For Sat Nav purposes, we recommend using postcode - E16 1DR.

TOP TIP:If you are travelling via DLR we recommend that you alight at the Prince Regent stop to arrive at the East entrance for the Carole Nash MCN London Motorcycle Show. On arrival continue to proceed to N8 for ticket holders and N6 for the box office.

FREE BIKE PARKING FOR MOTORCYCLISTS

Motorcycles can be parked free of charge  – simply approach ExCeL and you will be guided to the parking entrances. Please note that bikes are left at owners risk.

CAR PARKING:

There is a charge to park your car within ExCeL and parking is limited.

Yes, there is a helmet park for lids & leathers, which is located within the bike parking. Items can be left for a donation to our chose charity. All items are left at owners own risk.

We offer Refund Protection when purchasing your tickets. This is an additional service and totally optional. It is a promise that we will make a refund to you in certain limited circumstances for the payment of an additional fee in addition to your booking fee. This means that visitors can apply for a refund if they are unable to attend due to accidents or unexpected illnesses including Covid-19 or specified unforeseen circumstances. Covid-19 specific refunds:

If you are displaying symptoms of COVID-19, the current advice is to be tested as soon as possible and the following will apply based on your results:

A positive test result: If you test positive for COVID19 and can evidence this, you may qualify for a refund. Your required self-isolation period would need to cover the event date.

A negative test result: If you test negative for COVID-19, our normal terms & conditions will apply and you will need to provide documentary evidence which confirms your inability to attend the event, in order for your refund claim to be considered.

Test & Trace and required self-isolation:  The Ticket Holder(s) have been ordered to self-isolate by a government department or a health service provider (evidence must be provided).

In all incidences we are unable to administer refunds if you cannot provide suitable documentary evidence.

Please note that photographs and footage will be taken throughout the event. These will be used by the event organisers for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media or in any third party publication. Please contact the event organiser if you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempted from this activity.
